Morning by Morning Ministries Statement of Faith
We believe in the Holy Scriptures, accepting fully the writing of the Old and New Testaments as the very word of God, and is infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21).
We believe there is one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Matthew 3:16-17; Matthew 28:19).
We believe in the deity of Christ (John 10:29; Colossians 1:15-19), his virgin birth (Matthew 1:18, 23; Isaiah 7:14), his shed blood for atonement (Hebrews 9:11-15; Revelation 1:5), his bodily resurrection (Matthew 28; Acts 1:3), his ascension into heaven there to be our intercessor (Acts 1:9-11; Hebrews 1:1-3).
We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts of sin (John 16:1-11), makes believers children of God through new birth (Romans 8:14-15), assuring them of heaven (Romans 8:16-17), and by His indwelling enables Christians to live a godly life (Ephesians 5:18-21, Galatians 5:16, Galatians 5:22-24).
We believe that all men are by nature and choice sinful and lost; and have within themselves no possible means of salvation (Romans 5:12, Romans 3:10, 23).
We believe in salvation by grace through faith; that salvation is the free gift of God, not by any virtue or works of man, but received only by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Galatians 2:16); that all true believers possess the gift of eternal life, a perfect righteousness, son-ship in the family of God, and the divine guarantee that they shall never perish (John 10:27-29, Philippians 1:6).
We believe in the return of Christ, the time being unrevealed but always imminent (1 John 3:2-3; Titus 2:13; Philippians 3:20)
We believe that the spirits of the saved at death go immediately to be with Christ in heaven (Philippians 1:21-23; 2 Corinthians 5:1-8; Luke 23:42, 43); that at his second coming their works will be judged and rewards determined (1 Corinthians 3:9-15; Revelation 22:12); that the spirits of the unsaved at death descend immediately into Hades until the final day of judgment (Luke 16:22, 23), at which time their bodies shall be raised from the grave, judged, and cast into the lake of fire, the place of final and everlasting punishment (Revelation 20:11-15).
We believe that a New Testament Church is a body of born again believers practicing the scriptural ordinances and actively engaged in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:41-42).

We believe it should be the goal of every missionary to spread the Christian gospel and bring people into a knowing growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that the arts cross cultural, sociological and economic boundaries in a way that not many things cannot. We believe that God gave his people the gift of creation and beauty and asked us to create in His name. We feel that the arts are a way to show people the hope that can be found in Christ. For us, teaching the arts are best done one on one with the people we come in daily contact with. We feel strongly that we as Christians we need to be open and ready at any time to stop and talk about why we do what we do. We attempt to keep our organization small enough, that we can work with like minded people who allow us to better and more effectually serve the individual person. We love that there are many gifted with speaking to large groups and winning many souls to Christ, and others are called to lay the groundwork for the gospel. We believe that the ground work is where God has called this ministry to be.
